Amount: Based on the tuition of the International Foundation Program announced for the respective academic year.
申請要項：申請資格為本校114學年度起「國際專修部」入學管道註冊之境外學生。Eligibility: Applicants must be international students enrolled through the International Foundation Program admission channel at the university.
申請本校國際專修部華語先修之學生於期限內備妥申請文件，經錄取當學期完成註冊，並於該學期完成華語先修課程360小時，即可申請本獎助學金，獎助金額依當學年度學校公告之國際專修部華語先修班學雜費為標準。
Students applying for the International Foundation Program must submit the required application documents within the specified period. After being admitted, completing registration for the semester, and completing 360 hours of courses under the International Foundation Program during the semester. The scholarship amount will be based on the tuition and fees announced for the respective academic year.
申請學生之獲獎，經國際專修部初審，國際事務處複審，並由國際交流委員會覆核後，由國際專修部發出公告。
Scholarship awards will undergo initial review by the International Foundation Program, secondary review by the Office of International Affairs, and final verification by the International Exchange Committee. Approved recipients will be announced by the International Foundation Program.
本獎學金以入學當學期申請一次為限，秋季班、春季班分別核發。
This scholarship is limited to one application per student during the semester of admission. Awards will be issued separately for the Fall and Spring intakes.
領取獎學金者，不得有雙重學籍，如有申請保留學籍或轉學、休學、退學者，視同放棄
資格，並須繳回全數已領取之獎學金。
Recipients of the scholarship must not have dual enrollment. Those who apply for suspension of enrollment, transfer, leave of absence, or withdrawal will be deemed to have forfeited their eligibility and must return the full amount of the scholarship received.
領取獎學金者，經查若有資料偽造或違反校規之情況，撤銷其得獎資格，已領取獎學金
者應予繳回。
If a recipient is found to have falsified information or violated university regulations, their eligibility will be revoked. Any scholarship amount received must be fully refunded.
本辦法經獎助學金會議通過後，陳請校長核准後公布實施，修正時亦同。
These guidelines will be implemented upon approval by the Scholarship Committee and the University President. Amendments follow the same procedure.
