The Great Perfection Buddhist Society at Shih Chien University is dedicated to promoting the Dzogchen teachings of the Dudjom New Treasure tradition within Tibetan Buddhism. No one can pull you into heaven with a single hand, nor can anyone cast you into hell with a single step. The so-called suffering and happiness in life are ultimately reflections of the mind. When you transcend narrow-mindedness and selfishness, you will find heaven everywhere; when you are entangled in afflictions and worries, every place becomes a kind of hell. Thus, all phenomena arise from the mind, and one’s destiny is shaped by oneself. What your fate becomes depends on how you strive and how you choose to perceive the world. Your destiny lies not only in your own hands, but also within your heart.
