領袖社社團簡介
實踐大學領袖社成立宗旨:超越自己，成就他人!我們透過多樣化的課程，來培訓社員成為內聖外王的領袖;內在的課程主要透過領袖禪專注的練習，培養靜定的能力，外在能力的培訓課程，主要透過工作組的實務培訓，分成生活組、場務組、美宣組、課程活動組，在過程中培養各組的專業能力及團隊合作的能力。此外，利用課餘時間舉辦社團出遊和聚餐，凝聚社員間的感情與交流!
以上種種活動皆是期盼藉由持續之訓練，培育自我成為有領袖特質、具備良好表達能力、實務經驗豐富的大學生，並期盼除了自我培訓，也能結合資源去付出、服務，回饋眾人，一同成長!
The purpose of the establishment of the Leadership Education Club is to surpass ourself and achieve others! We train our members to become leaders with inner saints and professional skills through different kinds of courses. The inner courses mainly cultivate the ability of tranquility through practicing meditation, and the training courses for the outer ability are mainly through the working group. Working group are divided into life group, field affairs group, beauty propaganda group, and course activity group. In the process, the professional ability and teamwork ability of each group are cultivated. In addition, we use spare time to organize club trips and dinners to exchange ideas between members!
All of the above activities are expected to cultivate members to become students with leadership characteristics, good expression skills and rich practical experience through continuous training, then eventually giving back to the society!
